Bruce founded Ferndale in 1995 after spending 18 years working for Mars Confectionery.

Corey Hewitt Technical Manager
Corey was appointed as Technical Manager with Ferndale Confectionery in September 2017 after spending 16 years in beverage and 3 years in dairy manufacturing. Corey is a qualified Food Technologist and Microbiologist and holds a degree in Food Science and technology from the University of Ballarat.

Damian Humm Production Planner
Damian started working at Ferndale in 2006. Damian was initially employed as a Production Operator, a role that he had for 3 years.

Kevin Murphy Warehouse/Logistic Manager
Kevin has been responsible for all of Ferndale’s logistics for the past 3 years. Some would say Kevin is the most important man in the business- he is responsible for ensuring all of our customers get there deliveries on time, every time!

Andrea Collie Administration/Payroll Manager
Andrea joined the Ferndale team in September 2018 after completing her Diploma in Business Administration with Federation University. She is keen to build a career in administration and is excited to be doing this with Ferndale.
Outside of work Andrea loves spending time with her fiancé and dogs, exploring new places and visiting her hometown.

Jo Hardacre Administration Assistant
Jo joined the Ferndale team in December 2020, after working in administration for many years.
She ensures high level administrative support for customers and colleagues, going out of her way to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her 2 children, playing netball and bush walking.
