Joining Ferndale Foods Australia in 2022, Jess brings her experience and passion for high quality food manufacturing and product development management on board to lead our Product Innovation program. With qualifications in Food Science & Technology, Nutrition and Food Safety Auditing, Jess has experience in the agile world of FMCG innovation across both retail and commercial segments. Outside of work, Jess enjoys exploring the delicious local food options Regional Victoria has to offer and spending time with her family, friends, and soon-to-be new pets.
