Sean has a strong culinary background as a qualified chef working in both Perth and Melbourne. Since completing a Diploma of Food Science and Technology, Sean has been involved for a number of years in developing a wide range of new products, ranging from ready to eat meals to confectionery and bakery for the retail market.
Outside of work Sean enjoys being active with his border collie, exercise and following all things sport.
