Quality Assurance Manager
After researching food allergies suffered by her infant daughter Carrie enrolled at the University of Ballarat and completed a Bachelor of Food Science and Technology in 2006. Carrie now has 15 plus years’ experience in both manufacturing and quality management across industries including frozen foods, aluminum smelting, malting, and shelf stable food products. Carrie joined Ferndale Foods in early 2022 to head up the Quality Team as we go through a significant growth period.
